If you are requiring more general information to begin, our client care specialists are a wealth of knowledge! Similarly, if one of our team members are not suitable for the needs of you/your family, we will work to provide you with referral sources in community.

If you are matched to one of our services, you will be mailed a welcome package that will contain a background questionnaire for you to complete prior to your first appointment, as well as additional information about what you can expect with your experience with our practice.

Since many of our services are covered in full or in part by extended health plans, you may wish to contact your extended provider prior to contacting our office. Many plans have very specific requirements in terms of coverage details and it is helpful if you know this information prior to calling so we can support you in moving forward and making the best use of your available coverage. If you are not sure what to be asking of your extended provider, our client care specialists are available to assist you with this. Medical Services Plan (MSP) does not cover the services offered by The Wishing Star Lapointe Developmental Clinic.
